ARDE founder and architect René Hougaard hews to a dicta of “creative conscience“ as aptly seen in his graceful yet practical chair, sustainably reimagined in ocean plastic waste for Mater. With a metal frame, Nova Sea is made from 96% recycled fishing nets and recycled plastic with a comfortable ergonomic profile. Stackable up to 6 deep, lightweight and assuredly sturdy, it comes in both armchair and armless versions, with or without a foamed seat.
