Blooms scattered on the floor in a florist’s shop suggested Eucalyptus, Broberg & Ridderstråle’s updated take on a floral design in Asplund’s hand-tufted carpet made of 100% New Zealand wool. In a round version with a choice of sizes, the pattern play is completely artisan-crafted, from the dying of the wool to the tufting with a small mechanical tool to a final manual shearing with scissors.
