A building block of the system, the deep bookcase from Carl Hansen & Søns' FK63 range offers handsome shelving and extra-spacious storage. Designed by Preben Fabricius and Jørgen Kastholm in 1963, the minimalist proportions have stood the test of time, clearly defined by exacting woodcraft and natural materials. Fashioned in solid FSC-certified sustainable oak with a veneer back, the horizontal unit can be wall-mounted or serve as a freestanding piece on the optional metal base.
