Description

Domo Floor Lamp by Italian designer Joe Colombo hails from an original mid-century lighting series launched in 1965 as a part of modernist Danish brand Karakter's debut collection. All based on the same core shape—the domed shade—they reflect the much-heralded designer's affinity for curved forms as well as strikingly functional dictates. The lamp's flat base and thin stem decrease visual clutter and the design reflects current imperatives with a seamlessly integrated in-line switch on the cable as well as energy-efficient LED functionality.
