The shade's textured composite combines bamboo fibers with polypropylene plastic for a softly flecked surface and subtle variations in tone. Bamboo, one of the fastest-growing plants in the world and exceptionally lightweight yet strong, is increasingly showing up on the radar of trending designers like Grain's Jens Fager. From Danish brand Muuto, the fixture is equipped with a high-quality LED bulb good for up to 10,000 hours, an eco-friendly choice that also emits a warm glow.
