Barrel Coffee Table

Reminiscent of wine or whiskey casks, SCP’s coffee table also has a Brutalist sensibility in its forthright motif with the repetition of a single wood plank. Designer extraordinaire Philippe Malouin makes use of the same cut of pre-sawn American white oak to fashion Barrel’s laminated top while the same lengths are sliced in half and tessellated in a circular pattern to create the base. Awarded the Design Guild Mark, the coffee table is made in Europe from solid FSC timber with an oiled finish.
